Someone is definitely ready for a dog. And maybe, just maybe, the two strays who parked themselves on our front porch this weekend, may have been looking for this loving Mommy. My fingers are crossed for you,  Cara!


Beowulf didn't tire of the fun and games this weekend, but for the first time ever, Kazan reached the end of his rope - and told Beowulf to leave him alone.  Assertiveness Training 101. Let's hope that once he's rested up, he'll be back to his patient playful self.
