For the very first time! All 6 grandkids lined up for a photo op!

From east and west the whole family gathered to celebrate this little babushka princess. Don't be fooled by her serious, pensive, almost sad demeanor - her subtle sense of humour is always moving along just below the surface, ready to pop up and take you by surprise at any moment.



The first birthday cake Grandma was able to make for Jamie (she celebrated her first birthday in England). Jamie blew out the candles all by herself!



Unwrapping a birthday present is a natural kid-magnet, making it possible to capture all 5 of the mobile grandkids in a single photo frame!
