after my own heart!
Michaela's first pony ride, and I got to be there for it! Those of you who know me well, know that riding horses is the one thing I loved to do when I was young. Michaela LOVED her first experience of riding, and she even got to ride on the very pony she had selected as her favourite during the long and patient wait in line. Ron and I went to Montreal last Friday afternoon and stayed until early Saturday afternoon visiting with Cara and Jonathan and Michaela. One of the highlights of our time there was going to Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue for a stroll on the boardwalk, and fun at the playground. Bring back memories, jcmc?

Yes! I'm glad that you reminded me! I wonder if the place that we used to get ice cream is still there! Memories! I wonder why I remember that so well since I don't even like ice cream!

I think the ice cream place is still there. But what's gone is the old french fries stand! Sigh.
I remember it too. I remember wondering why anyone would like it - "Yeah, let's go for a three hour walk!"
If I'm not mistaken I think I have memories of complaining..
But I do remember having fun at the park. That was the good part.
