eventful day

I decided to teach Kazan to come when called, outdoors. So I let him off the leash. And went for the camera. Doesn't he look majestic in today's swirling "spring" snowfall?!



However, when I tried the off-leash trick on the other side of the house, I was startled to see him run into the shallow water at the shore of our still-mostly-frozen lake!!! I think he was a little startled, too (a tad cold, I imagine)! I was very proud of him (and VERY relieved) that he came (dripping-wet) as soon as I called him!
