Had enough of the cheese course? Sorry to have left you so long drooling over the cheese cart, but we don’t have internet access in our room so I haven’t been able to keep you up to date for the past few weeks. So today I’ve decided to go into Ron’s work (Ecole des Mines) and update my blog. It is now time to reward those of you who are still faithfully coming back over and over again to the chariot de fromage, and offer you a selection from the dessert menu.
